Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Time

  • Average delivery time: 5–7 working days.

  • In rare cases, delays of an additional 2–3 days may occur due to stock shortages, customs checks, or courier-related issues.

If a package is confirmed lost, we will issue a free replacement at no additional cost.

We offer free shipping with a Track & Trace number through our logistics partners.


Tracking Your Order

  • Your Track & Trace code will be included in your order confirmation email.

  • Tracking becomes active once your package is handed over to the courier.

  • Tracking information may occasionally show delays, limited updates, or temporary errors — rest assured, your package is still in transit.


Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Please contact info@wavewillowboutique.com before returning your item to register your request.

  • All return shipments must include a Track & Trace code.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender (customer).

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and approve the return.

  • For returns based on customer preference (wrong size, change of mind, not needed, etc.), return shipping costs are not covered by us.

  • Returns are sent to our warehouse located in Wellington.


Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us at info@wavewillowboutique.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Photo or video evidence of the issue

Once verified, we will send you a free replacement.
You do not need to return the damaged item.


Cancellations

Due to fast and automated order processing, orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.
If you wish to return your order, please follow the return process above.


Important Notes

We are not responsible for:

  • Refused deliveries

  • Unclaimed or uncollected packages

Such orders are not eligible for refunds.
