Return & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our return process is simple and customer-friendly.


Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and typically range between $20–$40 depending on your courier and location, as returns are sent to our warehouse in Wellington.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or untraceable return packages.


How to Return

  1. Contact us at info@wavewillowboutique.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Follow the return instructions provided by our support team, including using a Track & Trace code.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.


Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as processing begins immediately.

  • If you no longer want your item, please follow the return process outlined above.


Important Conditions

  • Items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and labels attached.

  • If your return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For returns based on customer preference (change of mind, size issue, color preference, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
